JoJo’s Goldendoodles guarantees that at the time of delivery/pickup, your puppy is in good health. The buyer has 3 business days from the time the dog is picked up, to have it examined by a licensed veterinarian. Any request to return the dog to the seller for a full refund must be made within this time period and only be requested should the dog prove to be sick when you initially receive the puppy from us. This guarantee will be terminated immediately if the dog is not examined in the above stated allotted time.
GENETIC ~ A warranty against all life altering genetic disease is provided for 2 years after their date of birth. Should a genetic disease be discovered during this time, that will greatly shorten the life or greatly alter the quality of life of the dog, JoJo’s Goldendoodles will provide the buyer with a puppy of equal value from another litter.
HIPS ~ A warranty for hip dysplasia is provided for 2 years from the puppy’s date of birth. This warranty will be terminated should the dog be allowed to become overweight, causing the joints to be overstressed, during any time of this warranty period. If any hip problems are noticed, have your veterinarian submit your dog’s xrays to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) for their re-evaluation and send us a copy of the report. Should the dog be found to have hip dysplasia within the first two years, the buyer must provide us with proof of this finding. We reserve the right to confirm the results before a replacement is provided.
SPAY/NEUTER ~ JoJo’s Goldendoodles has a strict spay/neuter contract. All puppies must be altered by 6 months of age with a copy of the health records sent to us. If you do not provide this documentation by the time the puppy is 7 months of age, any and all warranties regarding the puppy will be null and void.
MAINTENANCE ~ The buyer agrees to maintain his dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to: inoculation, internal and external parasite testing, and any preventative medication.
We have taken steps to ensure that your new puppy is healthy. Your puppy has been bred for excellent quality, health, soundness, intelligence, and good temperament. Your puppy has been on a rigid deworming and vaccination schedule. Please take this shot record schedule, that we will provide to you, to your veterinarian. It is very important to continue this vaccination/worming schedule as well as ongoing annual boosters. We suggest following your veterinarian’s recommendations regarding ongoing vaccinations, worming, flea control, rabies vaccination, and heartworm prevention.
